Med Imaging Solutions grew — not by chance, but through sheer resilience. Our operations expanded from Baalbeck to Bir Hassan in Beirut, establishing a flagship HQ that became a hub for hospitals, clinics, engineers, and international visitors. Before long, our presence reached into Syria, and before the war broke out in 2011, our engineers were operating across the border, building bridges of healthcare in a time of uncertainty.

But it didn’t stop there

2024: The Brink of Collapse

Then came 2024. As Lebanon faced one of its most brutal chapters of economic and political turmoil, Med Imaging Solutions stood on the edge of disappearance. Fuel shortages, equipment shipping delays, a frozen banking system — all but threatened to extinguish everything we had built. Our engineers worked without pay. Our offices went dark. Some of our partners left.

But Mohamad, who was also pursuing PhD, didn’t leave. He didn’t even slow down.

He worked late into the night with a flashlight in hand and a notebook full of unpaid service calls. For him, the company was not just a job — it was his life’s work. And as we watched him hold it together with wires, wit, and willpower…

We knew we couldn’t let it end there.

The Torch Is Passed

As a medical student, I had always believed in the healing power of science. But that year, something shifted. I realised that my calling wasn’t only in medicine — it was in engineering medicine. It was in fusing the clinical with the mechanical, the human with the technological. I wasn’t meant to walk away from my father’s legacy.

I was meant to continue building it. Expand it. Globalise it.

So I took the risk. I took the leap. And together, we opened a new chapter — not in a nearby town, but in London, I have always dreamed of offering my fellow British citizens more than just services — I dreamed of offering them gratitude, integrity, and real change. This company is my thank you to the UK — a country that gave me opportunity — and now, I want to give something back: a healthcare solution built on history, honour, and human excellence.

My ultimate dream is to one day open a hospital, to build a full radiology centre, and to recruit a team of doctors, engineers, and dreamers under one visionary roof. I hope to teach, to inspire the next generation of medical leaders — perhaps even as a futuristic doctor here in the UK.

And why stop there? I dream of planting this mission of moving from a broad company to a global healthcare system across Lebanon, Africa, Asia, and every corner of the Middle East, where people deserve access to healthcare built not just on science, but on sincerity.
